Can my reps be monitored or tracked through LiveSuggest?
No. LiveSuggest does not provide a manager dashboard, call recordings, or rep performance scoring. Each rep's session is private to them. The tool is designed to assist the rep during the call, not to extract data upward. This is intentional: it's why reps adopt it willingly.
How do I deploy LiveSuggest to my team?
You purchase a team plan and enter the number of seats. You then invite each rep by email from the team dashboard. Each rep receives an invitation link, creates their account, and can start their first session within minutes. No IT involvement required, it runs entirely in the browser.
What happens if a rep leaves the team?
You can deactivate a member's seat from the team dashboard at any time. Their seat becomes available for reassignment immediately. Seat count adjustments are handled self-service, no need to contact support.
Is there a single invoice for the whole team?
Yes. One monthly invoice covers all seats. Volume discounts apply automatically: the more seats, the lower the per-seat price. You can adjust your seat count at any time from the dashboard.
