Can the prospect see or hear LiveSuggest during the call?

No. LiveSuggest runs in a separate browser window on your screen only. Nothing joins the meeting. No bot appears in the participant list. Your prospect sees your video and hears your voice. That's it.

Is it GDPR-compliant if I don't record the call?

Yes. LiveSuggest processes audio locally in your browser and does not store recordings or transcripts. Because nothing is recorded or sent to a third-party server, you avoid the consent and data-retention obligations that come with tools like Gong or Otter.

Does it work with my CRM or my existing sales stack?

LiveSuggest doesn't require a CRM integration to work. Before each call, you paste the relevant context (prospect notes, deal stage, key objections) directly into LiveSuggest. It's compatible with any video platform you use in a browser: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, and more.
