Service Description
LiveSuggest is a real-time conversational assistance service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze audio and provide contextual suggestions.

User Account
You can use LiveSuggest without an account with limited credit. Creating an account allows access to additional credits and subscription plans.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Usage Rules
By using LiveSuggest, you agree to:
- Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Not attempt to bypass technical or security limitations
- Not record or transcribe conversations without participants' consent
- Respect third-party intellectual property rights
Lawful Use of Audio
LiveSuggest is a personal productivity tool — an assistant, not a surveillance device. The user is solely responsible for the lawful use of the service.
- You are fully responsible for how you use LiveSuggest and the contexts in which you employ it
- You warrant that you comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the audio processing of conversations, including privacy, consent, and recording laws
- You acknowledge that legal requirements vary by country and region, and it is your responsibility to comply with those that apply to your situation
- You agree not to use LiveSuggest to monitor, spy on, or record individuals without their knowledge or consent where required by law
LiveSuggest disclaims all liability for any use of the service in violation of local laws. Any illegal use is the sole responsibility of the user.
Subscriptions and Payments
LiveSuggest offers various monthly subscription plans.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record (official reseller). This means that Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of your subscription and handles:
Payment processing, tax calculation and payment (VAT), invoice issuance, subscription management.
By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms .
Credits are allocated monthly according to your plan and do not roll over from one month to the next.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account area or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Refunds are managed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
You can request a refund if:
- You encounter a technical issue preventing use of the service and we cannot resolve it
- You have been billed in error or twice
- You cancel within 14 days of your first purchase (withdrawal period for European consumers)
Refunds are generally not granted for:
- Unused credits at the end of a billing period
- A change of mind after the 14-day withdrawal period
- Account termination following a violation of these terms

Intellectual Property
LiveSuggest, its logo, interface, and source code are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
You retain all rights to the audio content you transmit to the service. We do not claim any rights to your data.
Limitation of Liability
LiveSuggest is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the accuracy of generated suggestions.
AI suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on these suggestions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of violation of these terms.
If your account is terminated, access to your account and any remaining credits will no longer be available.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or in-app notification.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aix-en-Provence, France.
Participant Consent
LiveSuggest is designed for transparent use. Before starting a session, please ensure that all participants are informed and have agreed to the use of this tool.
- Inform all participants that the conversation will be processed by an AI assistant
- Obtain agreement from each participant before starting
- Stop the session immediately if any participant withdraws their consent
Acceptable Use
- Use of LiveSuggest without participant awareness is not permitted
- Accounts found to be misusing the service may be suspended
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines
